Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 September 2026
1. Using Stringle
Stringle is a quoting and invoicing tool for service businesses. You are responsible for the accuracy of the costs, prices and tax rates you enter, and for any quotes or invoices you issue.
2. Your account
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can export your data and close your account at any time.
3. Tax and legal advice
Stringle helps you calculate prices and tax, but it is not a tax adviser or accountant. Confirm your tax registration, rates and reporting obligations with your local tax authority.
4. Availability
We work to keep Stringle available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You should keep your own backups using the export tool in Settings.
5. Refunds and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Our refund and cancellation terms, including the 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment and your statutory consumer-law rights, are set out in full on the Refunds & Cancellations page.
6. Changes
We may update these terms and will show the revised date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
